Canadian Canola Growers Association (CCGA) is a proud farmer-led organization with a vision of “helping farmers succeed”. This vision also extends to young Canadians, investing in opportunities which help harness the energy, intelligence, skills, and passion that exists in students across Canada. CCGA is proud of its longstanding partnership with Agriculture in the Classroom Canada (AITC-C) and is passionate about expanding agriculture and food education experiences for students of all ages.
From informing AITC-C’s Agriculture Education Impact Framework to thoughtful participation in AITC-C’s Board Advisory Committee, to providing feedback on AITC-C’s strategies and development efforts while supporting several key initiatives such as thinkAG, Canadian Agriculture Literacy Month (CALM), and the Curriculum Connected Learning Matrix, CCGA continues to show unwavering commitment to supporting AITC-C’s progress in creating meaningful connections to agriculture and food in Canadian classrooms.
